Our Chickens are housed in range cages(pictured above)living outside 24/7 starting at 2-3 weeks of age till harvest. No growth hormones or antibiotics when feeding, we give only USDA certified organic feed until around 5-9 weeks of age. We harvest the chickens depending on order of market weights. We harvest and process by hand using

(cone, knife & scald pot)and a Featherman brand feather plucker. We use no chemicals on our birds. we chill the birds after processing in a ICE salt water brine for 1-3 days.
